Why

Majority of the world's wealth has been created through real estate, but that's not the only reason we do it. Investing in real estate is different than any other asset class.

How we choose to own and manage real property is part of who we are. It's where we raise our family, it's where we retreat to escape the day-to-day grind, it's where we invest a significant portion of the income we make. It's tangible. It's where memories are made. It becomes a part of us.

A passion for real estate for me started when I was young. My mother was a single parent who worked several jobs and never made a significant salary but through smart investments in real estate and time we were able to move up in the world starting from a small townhouse, to a two bedroom single-family home, to a three bedroom single-family home. Each move we made as a family got us to a better home, in a better location. And by using the previous property as a source of income, we were able to grow our wealth as a family. In the end, it allowed my mother to put her two children through college debt-free. Our story is like many others. It's part of the American Dream.
